Building awareness

Starting with the breath and body, we begin to build awareness of our internal and external experiences and tuning in to our needs.

Everyday mindfulness

Making mindfulness a way of life and incorporating it into everything we do. Discover easy everyday practices to use throughout the day.

Focus and attention

Learning to direct focus and attention to the chosen object, we start better managing distraction and rumination, cultivating inner calm.

Working with difficulties

Welcoming difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviors, finding another way of relating to pain, stress and reactivity.  And much more...
