Individual Mindfulness Coaching
One-on-one sessions allow for more tailored approach for each individual's needs as we explore both formal and informal mindfulness and its practical applications into everyday life.
At least 6 - 8 sessions are recommended to cover the essential concepts and experiential practices below.
