Hi! I am honored to connect with you. I have been helping people to find calm and meaning in their lives for the past six years, both in the workplace setting and in personal space. The need to find balance and ease in our lives has never been greater as millions of people struggle with ongoing uncertainty, overwhelm and distraction.
I am a formally trained mindfulness instructor, teaching MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) programs, mindfulness workshops and drop-in sessions in the workplace and in the community.
